do your tiny homes meet Australian standards?
Yes, all Bhumi Homes are built to Australian building standards and come with a trailer approved and ready on RAV (register of approved vehicles). Once you receive your Bhumi home if you intend on driving it on the road you may contact your state or territory transport authority and register the vehicle for use on roads.
are bhumi homes covered by insurance?
Our homes are all covered by professional endimity, public liabilty and cargo insurance.
can you deliver anywhere in Australia?
We are now serving NSW and Queensland and hope to expand in the future to more states.
do I need council approval for a tiny home
This varies by state and local council. Some regions treat tiny homes as caravans, while others classify them as dwellings. We recommend checking with your council, and we’re happy to research and contact your council for you but recommended you also check yourself.
what site requirements are needed for delivery?
We deliver your Bhumi Home straight to your driveway or front door. Because each home is built on wheels, it can be easily moved to your preferred location on your property. All that’s usually required is a flat, accessible site with enough clearance for safe delivery.
what warranty do you provide?
All Bhumi Homes come with a 1-year warranty covering workmanship and materials. Warranty claims are simple and supported by our insurance, with a claims sheet provided upon purchase.
do you offer ongoing customer support after purchase?
